Application Process for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If you need a RMA service, please kindly read our RMA process as below and apply the authorized RMA No from RECADATA before you can return your product to RECADATA.

1. Please kindly fill in the product information in the RMA form first,. Including Order No, Model No, Quantity, problem description, Customer’s information, etc.

2. Download RMA Request Form

3. Please submit the RMA form to your contact sales or email to Supports@recadata.com

4. RECADATA support team will check and issue an authorized RMA NO.to you within 24 hours on the receipt of your RMA Form.

5. Please stick the RMA Form on the outside of the box or package of the product to be returned and then send it to the following address:

6. RECADATA Support team will check the status of product and RMA card once receiving and then notify the customer via email or Telephone.

7. RECADATA support team will start RMA process to testing and repair of the product after receiving final confirmation from the account manager, whole process will be complete within 7 working days. RECADATA will be sure to notify the customer before returning the products to them .If any problem cannot be fixed within this time frame, RECADATA will notify the customer the reason as early as possible.

8. Items and Testing Report will be sent back to the customer base on the address specified on the RMA Form. RECADATA responsible for all shipping charge and insurance from RECADATA office to your address.

9 .For freight charge of defective products, both parties shall pay for one trip each.
